O Elocutório do Metal foi criado com a intenção de divulgar bandas nacionais de Portugal dentro do estilo metal, mais propriamente dentro dos géneros de thash, death, melodic, doom, progressivo, metalcore e até passar por umas bandas de grunge e por outras com umas boas rockalhadas.

Elocutório do Metal quer fazer deste espaço um lugar onde biografias, discografias com as capas e os títulos dos temas, nomes de membros entre outros, possam ser partilhados para que de uma forma ou de outra essa banda seja divulgada e assim, haja novos fãs e assim o Metal português possa crescer a nível não só nacional, mas também internacional com a ajuda de cada um.

Saliento que todas as bandas serão exclusivamente nacionais. Cada noticia, cada entrevista, cada álbum apresentado, ou seja, tudo que estiver neste site será inteiramente português de Portugal a não ser na àrea de Downloads, pois haverá vários albuns de bandas (não nacionais) ao dispor dos visitantes do blog para poderem baixar e ouvir as músicas enquanto não compram o album desejado de uma das banda.
